*Please note that the above prices include the 450 CZK ticket giving access to the complete Castle complex.

Prague Castle, the centre of the Kingdom of Bohemia dates to the 9th century. It encompasses numerous courtyards, gardens and a beautiful view of the city.

The Castle courtyards are dominated by the gothic St. Vitus Cathedral, which took a thousand years to build and is decorated with intricate stained-glass windows ranging from the second half of the 19th century to awesome examples of modernistic designs from the 1920s and 30s.

From the Cathedral we continue to the Old Royal Palace with a masterpiece of Gothic architecture – the remarkable rounded rib vault rising above the Vladislav Hall.

We will be standing by the window which witnessed the Prague ‘Defenestration’ which marks the beginning of the Thirty Years’ War.

Then to the Romanesque St. George’s Basilica and the Daliborka Tower, and of course, the famous Golden Lane with its picturesque miniature buildings.

The tour continues through the narrow streets of the Lesser Quarter, a place with a magical atmosphere and beautiful gardens right below the Castle.
